Are you overwhelmed with too much to do and not enough time? Do you feel stuck or insecure at times and want to make progress?
Overwhelm can trigger our brain's fight/flight/freeze reaction which leads us to feel like we can't do anything to stop it. In this active and reflection-based session we will learn 3 ways to tap into the thinking and reasoning part of our brain to find and RETURN to a growth mindset.
